About Me
I'm a Dallas-based art producer and sometimes food photographer from a tiny town in Iowa. In 2013, I graduated, with honors, from Art Center College of Design earning a BFA in photography. After which I began work as a photo editor and graphic designer at Patina Restaurant Group before moving to Team One as a producer. Since then, I was recruited to open the Dallas office’s Art Production department and I’ve been making trouble in Texas ever since. Including at my most recent move to Chime - a fintech company helping everyone find financial freedom.
When I'm not on set, you'll find me running around East Dallas, trying to balance in warrior three and wine tasting with a New Yorker by my side. I love bubble baths, bagels, making iconograghic, color-coded maps and turning basic errands into adventures.
PONI:
Check out my creative consulting street cred on Poni – with my hometown sister and my ink slaying friend, we bring creativity to the masses with our event creating and consulting. Poni believes a little creativity goes a long way to better one’s life and that there are no limitations to the imagination. In our fast-paced society, opportunities to use our hands and to create are far too infrequent as we are being oversaturated with mass-produced sameness.
Poni seeks to change this. Poni is committed to creativity.
KIPPISTRUT:
In 2016 Kippistrut, a non-traditional creative consulting firm formed. Our mission, to give culturally relevant, concise, scalable branding to restaurant and brewery start-ups. We saw mass success with poke start-up giving their business a 30% revenue edge against the competition at similar venues.
Our willingness to deep dive into the story, strategy and customer journey gave us a leg-up with similarly situated business ventures. This included a sake start-up for which we helped create the 360 brand, craft the narrative, build the physical space, plan branded events, and more.
While Kippistrut has remained on hold for a hot minute, it’s a partnership and good work I still hold high in my personal canon.
